A little Break
I want to apologize to all of you. I have not been keeping up with writings like I wanted to. My current Master Class is pretty intense. Educational Research! It involves a lot of reading. Just last week I read about 30 journal articles to find 15 good ones. I also been trying to spend more time with my 3 year old son at home. He seems to be acting out a little, maybe jealous of his 3month old brother. School has been hectic as a teacher also. We ended our second trimester and I had to do report cards and then print off report cards for the whole school. More recently, some good news, I found out today that I was accepted into the SLED (School Leadership Development) program that my Synod (Lutheran Church Missouri Synod) conducts. It is a year long training with 3 in-person conferences and two on-line training sessions with projects to do throughout the year. As much help my Master program has been and will be making me a principal, this program will put the view point on Lutheran Education, which is very dear to my heart and the type of school program I will be in and have been in my whole life. I promise to try to write more in the next weeks. I have a few thoughts started, just need to finish them. Thank you for your understanding.
